1. Product Information: All products shown are 100% human hair. Colors may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor settings. We recommend viewing product swatches for accurate color matching.

2. Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. USD prices are provided for convenience based on current exchange rates and may fluctuate. The final amount charged will be based on the ZAR price converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. All prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and product availability.

4. Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused, unaltered products in original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

5. Care Instructions: Our hair products require proper care for longevity. We recommend using sulfate-free products and avoiding excessive heat styling above 180°C.
